Whether your goal is to lose weight or increase muscle mass, I am here to help you achieve it. While people may share similar goals, every client's program is unique because every person has a unique body, fitness history and mental barriers to overcome. Working 1-on-1 with me will get you to your goals faster than any general program or class will. Sessions are done either virtually over Zoom or in-person at the Independent Training Spot Gym (3 East 17th Street).
Don't want to do it alone? No problem. I offer 2-person training sessions, as well. While not as personalized as 1-on-1 training, 2-person training gives you double the support and is more affordable!
