This program is designed for the person who wishes to grow their glutes, while also strengthening their entire body. This program is comprised of 3 4-week training blocks. Block 1 (beginner) contains 3 workouts per week. Block 2 (intermediate) contains 4 workouts per week. Block 3 (advanced) contains 5 workouts per week. Included in the PDF is a comprehensive explanation of the program design and glute anatomy, as well as, a video tutorials for each exercise.
