Born and raised in Southern California, my passion for fitness started at the age 2 and has continued to be my passion since. Growing up, I was a competitive dancer and soccer player. Over time dance stuck and has since become central to my fitness career. I now train and perform Salsa semi-professionally and teach various Latin dance genres at the locally well-known dance school, Salsa with Silvia.

I received my Personal Training certification from the National Academy of Sports Medicine in 2018 and my Health Coaching certification from the American Council on Exercise in 2020. I take a holistic approach to training my clients. I develop personalized workout programs, as well as, guide my clients through lifestyle and behavioral changes that meet their unique needs and health goals. My clients know that with me they have a space to really safely and effectively work on themselves - mentally and physically. They also know that every session is filled with laughter and big smiles on both of our faces because joy is what health is all about.

She is an excellent trainer, she pushes and challenges me and I am seeing the results! I had a knee injury and she's been super mindful with the exercises so I can protect my knee from further injury. She's also given me advice on what to eat and not to eat. I am stronger, I eat better and I feel better. She is also super nice but don't mistake her niceness for softness, she is tough and will whip you into shape in no time! Definitely recommend her!
